Our production is located in the city of Lubny, Poltava region. The quality, safety of storage and processing of both raw materials and finished products is important to us. Therefore, all the sanitary and epidemiological standards, as well as the requirements of organizations inspecting the food industry, are observed at production. Precise calibration
whole walnut
For this process, for each caliber, we use a separate calibrator with a primary cleaning function, 5 meters long, this allows us to achieve 100% product penetration into the caliber.

Flushing with artesian water without the use of chemicals
On the territory of our production there is our own artesian well with a depth of 170 meters, with a filtration complex. This allows us to use the purest water without chemical impurities for washing nuts. Washing takes place by passing the walnut through a system of soft brushes, without the use of chemical or other additional processing. This allows to achieve a high degree of purification and an ideal appearance of the nut, while maintaining its natural texture.

All our equipment is made of food grade stainless steel that meets the highest food industry standards.

Drying technology with precise temperature control
The first stage of drying takes place due to the forced blowing of the remaining water with an air stream, after which the nut is fed into specialized chambers, where the main drying process takes place at a temperature of 40-45 degrees with air circulation, until humidity is reached, for nuts in shell - 8-9%, for walnut kernels - 5.5-6%

After drying, the walnut is fed to inspection tables, where the scrap is manually sorted in accordance with strict regulations.

French walnut processing line
Our production is equipped with a processing line of the French company Amb Rousset.
The whole nut is cracked and the kernel is placed in drying chambers, after drying, the kernel is processed on Sortex, where it is calibrated into fractions 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, according to colors and is cleaned from the remnants of the shell and partition.
After that, the walnut kernel is manually controlled on inspection tables.

Food packaging
and storage
Our packaging lines allow us to fill and pack all existing types of containers that are required by the client. All packaging is certified and has the right to come into contact with food.
Whole walnuts are packed in a Euroset bag.
Walnut kernels are packed in boxes made of five-layer cardboard with grease-resistant paper, 10 kg each. If necessary, we can produce additional packaging in 5kg vacuum bags for food products to ensure biological safety during transportation and further storage.
Before shipment to the client, the packed products are stored in our warehouse with a storage temperature of 3-8 degrees.

For the processing of black elderberry berries, our company applies world standards and modern technologies. Ready-made elderberries meet international quality standards and retain all useful substances, which is confirmed by Ukrainian and foreign Certificates. Finished products for shipment are packaged in standard types of packaging, but at the request of the Buyer, they can be packaged according to an individual order.
